Who we are

This site is operated by Say Digital Marketing ("SDM", "we", "us"), a performance-advertising agency. We are the data controller for the personal data you submit here. You can reach us any time at info@saydigital.marketing.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on the form you use, that may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number;
• Your company website and monthly ad-spend range (optional fields on the audit form);
• The message or challenge you describe, and — for our checklist tools — the email you submit and the self-assessment score you generated;
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. the page you submitted from), used to route and answer your inquiry.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passwords, card numbers or other financial credentials through this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or a free account audit, and — if you become a client — to deliver the service you asked for. Under the GDPR our legal bases are your consent (which you give by submitting a form), our taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where your data goes

To handle your inquiry we pass the details you submit to a small set of trusted service providers:

• our customer-relationship (CRM) system — to track and follow up on your inquiry;
• our internal team-messaging tools — to notify the responsible person quickly;
• secure cloud storage — as a backup record of inquiries;
• our website hosting and infrastructure providers — which serve this site and run the form-handling endpoint.

Each processor only receives what is needed to do its job. Some of these providers operate internationally; where data is transferred outside your country, it is protected by the safeguards those providers maintain (such as standard contractual clauses).

Cookies & tracking

This website currently uses only essential local storage to remember your display preference. It does not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, for visitors in the EU/UK, request consent first (Consent Mode v2) before any non-essential tracking loads.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and equivalent Ukrainian data-protection law) you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to how we process it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time; and
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
